Minimum Order

The minimum order amount is $10. Orders below this amount may not be accepted for checkout.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

Your order has not started yet
The service is unavailable
We are unable to process your order
You contacted support with a valid issue before opening a dispute

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not guaranteed if:

The order has already started
The order is completed
You provided the wrong link
Your account/post/page was private, deleted, restricted, or changed
You ordered the wrong service or package
The delay is caused by platform updates or account restrictions
You opened a chargeback/dispute before contacting support

Digital Products

Digital products, premium accounts, subscriptions, and delivered digital access are generally non-refundable once delivery has started or the product/access has been provided.

Screenshot or explanation of the issue

We will review your request and offer a solution where possible.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the payment method and order status.
